Here’s how to build your perfect cup:

Choose your cup and add it to your cart
Select your wrap or decal and add that to your cart, in note section detail what glitters or color drip you want. If your choosing a sublimation tumbler, please add your decal to the cart and if you want a name added please leave instructions in the note on ordering page. You can use the UV Dtf wraps on metal cups as well.
Want to personalize it even more? Head over to the Add-On section for extras like colored lids, glitter straws, and fun lid decorations!

Important Info:
Please allow up 10 business days for your order to ship. Each cup is handmade with love and care, I take my time to ensure they’re sealed properly and free of large air bubbles. Please note that ALL sales are FINAL and refunds will not be offered. However, if an item has a manufacturing defect, such as a leak, a replacement will be offered at no additional cost. I will require pictures to be emailed to me. Be advised that air bubbles can occur during the shipment process and are not grounds for replacement/refund. If your package is damaged during shipment you will need to file a claim with USPS, unfortunately I am not responsible after it has been handed over to the carrier. Snow Globe Cups:
A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build-up during shipping. This is completely normal and keeps your cup safe!

All cups include their original lid and straw by default. If you want to customize those, be sure to check out the Add-ons section for fun options!

When your snow globe cup arrives, give it a good shake unless it's a lava drip cup. DO NOT SHAKE LAVA DRIP TUMBLERS! Just turn them upside down a couple times to activate the drip. The glitter will settle during transit that’s totally normal and part of the fun.

By placing an order while our website is open full-time, you acknowledge that your cup may remain in the production lineup for up to 2 or more weeks before it is shipped. If you included specific instructions in the notes they will be followed, please understand that refunds will not be issued if you are unsatisfied with the final result.

Additionally, if your order includes more than one decal per cup and you are attempting to delay or hold decals, your order will be automatically refunded in full.
